Weaving Stories With On Solid Ground

Join On Solid Ground for a relaxing creative workshop designed for mothers of all generations with pre-crawlers welcome.

Through the ancient art of knot-making, we’ll explore the symbolic power of knots as a way to reflect on our own stories and honour the intergenerational connections between women and mothers.

Through simple guided relaxation, art-making, and movement, you’ll create your own meaningful piece with personal intentions and inspired by the rituals and bonds that connect us across time and generations.

Take this opportunity as part of the Mothers without Hands project to enjoy some well-deserved “me time,” connect with other women, and celebrate the unique threads of your own story.

No prior experience is needed—just bring yourself, and let us take care of the rest.

Maike, Kay and Chloe from On Solid Ground combine their expertise in Art Psychotherapy, Fine Art, teaching and Dance to offer a unique, interdisciplinary approach that integrates creative, therapeutic, and physical activities. Their workshops provide a space for creative expression through guided art making, movement, relaxation and reflection and encourage participants to explore new ways of thinking and being.
